memories of lights and waves.

i passed the language assessment last tuesday. :) two of my team mates failed though, out of eighteen including me so we weren't in the mood for any celebration coz we want everyone to be with us as much as possible. plus we have another hurdle to pass, the proficiency test which would be thursday and friday. hopefully we'll do it alphabetically, coz my last name starts with the letter u. if we resort to draw numbers, i'm doomed coz i have awful unluckiness with those things. either i go first or i pick a difficult scenario for my test. my bad luck may also be rubbing off on people coz i've noticed that my co-employees who later become my friends mostly get terminated or resign from the job which always left me no choice but to find my place with other people instead, and that is somewhat hard for me coz i had to start all over again. it takes a while for me to truly settle with people, i'm not anti-social, i just find it hard to get comfortable with people i'm not familiar with. and now that lea's gonna resign, i'm thinking how lunchbreaks would go for me, i dunno who to sit or eat with. sigh. on a brighter note, i had fun eating in banchetto, it's a street full of food stalls so you can pig out on a friday night. :)
